Most of the time I leave a shoot/wedding feeling so thankful for getting to spend time with the amazing people that are my clients. We have good conversation, take awesome photos, and I can say it was a good day. And then there are days like this one, where I can confidently say ALL of the above, plus that I’ve gained two friends. Sara and Emily are probably some of my biggest supporters, and I am so thankful for that. Though I’d never shot a same sex wedding before, they hired me. They fully trusted me on their day to use my creative abilities to capture their day. They never once said, “Did you get a photo of that?” or “Are you sure we should shoot here?” – they never questioned me, and just let me do my thing. And still, they continue to express their gratitude for me and shout my business name from the hilltops! How did I get so lucky?!
Thanks for hiring me (and being the best clients ever), Emily and Sara! I mean, really, who wouldn’t want to shoot double the dresses, diamond rings, and beauty?!
